It intrigued me and I bought the KAATSU C3. I received it in mid-May 2023 and used it for 3 months. In August i found it no longer worked and contacted KAATSU. I was told what to do to test it and when it didn't perform as it should, on August I was told by Richard Herstone via email that he would check with the engineer and get back to me. I didn't hear back from him, emailed him again on Sept 3rd and still haven't received any help from KAATSU! I'm a very disappointed customer and have lost all faith in the company and the device. I spent almost $1000USD and have a device that doesn't work, is supposedly under warranty, and the company is providing no help. Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
