No Weight Room? No Problem

When you do not have access to a weight room or fitness gym, but you have your KAATSU Air Bands and controller (C3, C4, B1, B2), you can do a number of different exercises on dryland or in the water (in addition to standard exercises such a push-ups, planks, and other ab work):
