1. ½ kneeling with stick
2. Switch sides – ½ kneeling with stick
3. Kneeling reach back quad stretch
4. Child’s pose cat and camel
5. 45 degree groiner
6. Switch – 45 degree groiner
7. 90 degree groiner with upper T opener
8. Switch – 90 degree groiner with upper T opener
