Dr. Keirn demonstrates and explains the following exercises for the Basic TRX Leg and Ab Cycle – Upper bands with KAATSU the Original BFR:
1. TRX bench squats
2. TRX deep squats – wide base
3. Squat – Deep squat with heel raise
4. Still squatting – TRX row and curl
5. Jump squats x 20 repetitions
6. TRX rollout x 15 repetitions
7. Continue TRX rollout
8. Jump rope
